Putting this one down today, pearle was the boiling hop last time but I need to use up some sazz, hope for the best

Colour (SRM): 9.2
Bitterness (IBU): 45.4
52.82% Maris Otter Malt 3kg
19.37% Vienna 1kg
19.37% Rye Malt 1kg
4.93% Caramunich III 280g
3.52% Acidulated Malt 200g
3.5 g/l Saaz (2.2% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)80g
1.2 g/l Perle (10.2% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)28g
0.6 g/l Perle (10.2% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)14g
0.6 g/l Saaz (2.2% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)14g
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 20°c with london ale 111
Drinking: Red Hook clone
Waiting on: Fruit beer
