My upcoming brew, from the Stone Brewing book (with a couple of modifications for available grains). First crack at creating a beer in beersmith, pretty slick so far.

Brewed this beer up tonight. My new burner is going to take some getting used to, way faster than my kitchen stove! Efficiencies were a bit low, OG 1040.
