There's some beer ice cream recipes in the beer bistro cookbook. Might even be on the website.

I tried it a couple years ago with imperial IPA but as the article says the bitterness amplifies in a not so great way. I may have to try again, maybe with my vanilla almond porter.
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider
