Worst beer so far by a long shot. If you didn't drink yours yet, you can drop it off at my house and I will get rid of it for you.
The Big Dawg pours dark dark brown with a nice little khaki head. I get some chocolate and dark fruit on the nose, with just a little earthy herbal hop in there. Tastes like toasted bread crust dipped in toffee .The bitterness is spot on and helps this big beer from being sticky sweet. All jokes aside, great beer Kenny ! Don't doubt yourself so much Big Dawg.
Kegged - Cold IPA, NEIPA, Fieldberry Wheat, Dark Abbey Ale, Apple Pear Cider, American Lager, American Stout, Belgian Wit

was away visiting family, catching up tonight. Real smooth drinkin', not realisin' this was above 9%ABV. After a few sips warmed-up, starting to detect a hop profile not familiar to me, now looking at the deets, these are indeed unknown hops t0 me. my bottle was low carb, but full-on flavorful, unsweetened profile. thank you for sharing!

Sorry for delayed comments on this. I really enjoyed it. Smelled great, gorgeous head (khaki was the perfect descriptor, as noted earlier), and lots of complexity in taste. Dangerously drinkable at that ABV. Makes me want to brew a BP soon as it has been like 4-5 years since I last did one - now that I have an extra fridge in the garage, I might try lagering one.
Thanks for the beautiful beer.
