I'm looking to brew up something similar to Garrison Tall Ships Pale Ale. It's at 5% using Pale malt, Carastan, Willamette hops, 14 IBU and an OG of 1050. I'm thinking to use Nottingham. I've had some problems with mash and sparge water as of late ( Grainfather) and so any suggestions for that would be appreciated.
