Hey. Anyone have experience with this yeast? Specifically,
Has anyone used a second strain to finish off the fermentation? I don't have temperature control but the ambient temps in my basement takes care of most of my needs. I'd like to try this yeast but will most likely have to pitch something else to finish it off. I was thinking something clean like US-05. Any thoughts?

It will attenuate well itself, given enough time at a sufficient temperature. It does tend to stall for a time, so for people without patience another strain would be recommended.
