I'm sticking with brown again this year - was going to do an oyster stout big time got in the way. Which brings me to the next confession.... Could not fit in an all grain day

Sure this beer will be tasty.
Doing a smoked brown with a good chunk of dark crystal, hoping to get some nice burnt sugar and toffee notes.
400g dark crystal
100g Carafa II
100g peated
60g roast barley
3.6 light malt extract
18g northern brewer for the boil
Windsor yeast.
In bottle:Up the Kriek without a mash paddle, (insert Witty name)pumpkin lambic
