Thanks for the group order! I noticed the Brewnosers club 10% off discount code wasn't entered during checkout so I will refund the difference. To ensure your order doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend we will ship it on Monday if that's okay with you guys.

Cheers everyone

Awesome Jason, thanks. I never noticed a spot for the discount to be entered but then again I didn't really look that hard. Much appreciated, and the Monday ship sounds perfect.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Thanks Wortly, much appreciated!

If anybody is still interested the yeast sale officially ends tonight but I will gladly extend it a couple more days for Brewnosers members.

If it was really fresh, I would do it with a big O2 hit to the wort. Otherwise, i'd make a small starter.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
