Piotr, If you come across any recipes of any of these fantastic beers, or any novel brewing techniques, would you let us know. I went back to England and toured some breweries, and there it was all real ale breweries I saw. I learnt a lot from doing that, looking at a different method of brewing that had been handed down for hundreds of years. The best thing for a brewer would be to do that kind of thing in as many countries as possible. But failing that, having a beer enthusiast like you in the club, in a very different part of the world, is a big asset. Thanks.
