Piotr, are you ever coming to Canada? be neat to see what you think of some of the craft beer around here. A lot of brewing around here is emulating the beer you picture from the old countries but there is newer influence from the US. I got into brewing so I could make beer like I was used to from the UK, but I've ended up mostly making North American IPAs and APAs. Do you find that all those beers you send us pictures of are traditional and like they've always been made, or are they trying to be "modern" and innovative?

yes, I think abou trip to Canada but in the first I must change my passport on new (in 2015). Now, on my old passport I need visa, when I got a new - biometrical I can visit Canada and no need visa. From Poland are flights only to Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Torono and Ottawa. And I especially interested in Quebec, New Brunswick Yukon, and east islands: St. Pierre, Nova Scotia, Prince Edwards etc. Canada is a big country and I dont see to chance to visit except one, another places
In the places where I visit especially breweries make classical beer. Very rare is to find some RIS, IPA, AIPA or another ales. But now in Poland are many new craft breweries and the make this unpopular or very old styles as Sahti, Grodziskie (Graetzer) or Gose.
Canadian dont need visa, why anybody from his forum dont want come o Warsaw?
