I could be wrong, but it looks like Kotlet Schabowy. I had something that looked very similar to this at a Polish restaurant in Germany......although not near as big as that. If that is what it is, it's just a breaded cutlet of meat that is deep fried.

it is schnitzel, kotlet schabowy it is similar but meat is more fat and is not so big

In pic0016, are those 4 horizontal brite/serving tanks? Neat!
