New brewery in Maine opening soon: Barreled Souls

Just read about this new nano, opens up on July 19th. They ferment 100% of their beers in oak barrels using a Burton Union system. They claim to be the only brewery in the world (as far as they're aware) fermenting 100% of their beers this way. They're also barrel aging almost half of all the beer they make.
