Has anyone heard back from Jeremy on their comp entry yet? I emailed him Oct 28 and had nothing back yet. He's typically good at replying so I'm wondering if my email went into cyberspace (or his junk folder). If nobody else has heard then I'll just wait but I would like to get the yeast and start brewing soon.

I haven't even contacted him yet, I plan on it thought. Anyone know of any commercial releases of this available in the Halifax Area. As Geoff said Tanner does make it, but they do not seem to have any on hand right now.

Was gonna head in and pick up my yeast tomorrow.
Anyone out in the Hammonds Plains / Hubley / Tantallon - I can pick up if you’re interested.

This time of year - temperature not much of an issue. But I’ll still take my electric cooler and keep it plugged in. Incase anyone’s worried about transport temp.

I can either drop off or you can pick up at my place in St. Margaret’s Bay.

Anyone else lagering yet? I transferred to secondary on sunday for a couple weeks of lagering. I brewed up a kolsch batch and transferred directly on the yeast and it went from 1.042 to 1.012 in less than 24 hours....and at 15C, crazy fast!!
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider

Mine went into the kegs Sunday and I dropped a California Common on top. Yeast was working well lastnight at 18c.
