Those links were from last years comp, but yes, they usually have it around that time of the year.
Also the Lethbridge WortHogs and the EHG and the ALES usually come before April IIRC.

Yeah, I found the date on the BJCP Competitions page. Poking around their site, they mention this year's comp in the newsletter saying registration will open soon.
