Beer is most celebrated in October. I will be spending most of my time in tents in Kitchener peeking at the servers in Dirndl's when the wife is not watching. That makes me happy. I really can not answer that question I am afraid. If you have no equipment the kits will save a significant amount. It is likely you it will cost more if you piece it together from multiple locations as well.
