The keg will be upright and has to be for blow off. I measured the dip tube so it could touch the bottom when lowered all the way. It looks short in the pics so I'll have to measure the finished product.

Awesome, i think i have most of the parts i need from this summer. I just want to be sure i'm not missing anything major. It would be interesting if we had a few members doing this to compare in a years time or so

I just brewed a berliner weisse and a gose before i came back to NL, the sour / funky beers are taking over...

Looks like 58L kegs do not excist here, so I have to settle for a 50L one. Are you planning on primary fermenting the beer first a la the mad fermentationist?

Yes, my plan is to do 4 and pick my favourite 3. 3 of those will be Sacc first then Brett or Lacto. Actually the Lacto may go in later. I'm even tempted to mix a kettle sour in. or part of one.
