Fan for keezer?

After being annoyed by a worse-than-I-expected foaming issue caused by about 18" of beer line being at room temperature (from leaving keezer collar to up tap shanks in the wall), I've started putting something together that I hope will keep the lines chilled. I've built an insulated box around the shanks, and running two 2" PVC pipe lines between the keezer collar and the box - one will contain the beer lines and the other will be empty for air flow to circulate around the system. My question is, I'll need some sort of fan to push the air around - what should I get, and how can I wire it up to get electricity to it? I'm not electrically-inclined at all, but I think I do have a spare PC lying around somewhere - perhaps I can cannibalize a fan from that? A secondary effect I'm hoping for, is a more constant/stable temperature in the keezer from top-to-bottom. Advice, recommendations?
