Bottle source?

Looking to purchase about 70 new 750ml (or close to) bottles for a wedding. Anybody know of a cheap source?

750ml, cheap and new I'm not sure. Talk to a couple different bottle return depots in your area. Some of them save bottles for Home Brewers. Down side is that they may need a good soak in cleaner. Might not be what you are looking for.
