Ignorant ebrewing question

If I went with a pre-built controller like one of these (below) and later wanted to upgrade to a larger system with two elements per pot, could I power both elements off of the single plugs that are available for the kettle and HLT, i.e., have each single outlet send power to two elements? (Obviously, only having two elements on at a time, and keeping within my 50 amps (2 x 4500 watts).)
