Centennial and Falconer's flight

Do you think centennial and Falconer's Flight would go well together? I can help but try to make a beer called Centennial Falcon.

Yup,

The falconer's flight smells to me like it contains some amarillo and cascade (that warm spice with some citrus). So I think it'll be great.
