Hey all, been a long time I know. Starting to get brewing again, and was wondering if anyone in halifax has a bag of 2row they are not using that they can spare. I'm not sure of when the next GB would be, just seeing if anything is around for the time being
Cheers!

Who is this?
Email Dave at Everwood, he was putting in an order for some recently

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I got the impression that group grain buys may be a thing of the past... Either way, Dave definitely has a stock pile of grain if you need a bag to get going. If you can't get out there, Noble really isn't much more money for a bag I don't think.

They aren't a thing of the past, it's just a matter of what people want to do. I'm still stocked at the moment, but eventually will need to get in on something.
