Post by KMcK » Tue Dec 31, 2013 12:57 pm

According to BC Craft Beer News (November - December 2013) Vanbrewers.ca is the largest homebrew club in Canada. It has over 100 members!

Vancouver is the new Toronto.

Guess that also depends on how they define and count members.
Membership to the club costs $20 a year and provides members with many useful benefits

See page 3: http://bccbnews.ca/wp-content/uploads/2 ... Issue3.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Their forums (http://forums.vanbrewers.ca/forum.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) have 34 members who have posted once or more within the last year, so they've got that going for them!

I can't tell how to extract that same data from our forum, but I do know 330 new people joined, and a total of 32906 (and growing) posts were made.

Not the exact same data, but we've had 480 users who have logged in this year and have at least one post on the forum.

There are also 174 "Verified" users on our forum (meaning they have access to the group buys and would generally be considered active)
