Heavy head on beer

Hey,
I've found that my 2nd tap has been pouring with a heavy head the past couple of kegs. Doesn't seem to matter the keg I have on there. My 1st and 3rd taps are pouring without issue. The head settles out but comes out almost creamy. This has been doing it for a while. Not sure what it is.

4' Heavy line (replaced the thin walled line already).
Serving pressure 6psi. Other beer put on same time is fine. I'm wondering if it is the faucet.

Take out the faucet and clean it. Also, the keg could be over pressurized.

Try switching that keg to another tap. I've had that issue when I overcarbed a beer. If the "heavy head" follows your keg, it's the keg.

planning on cleaning all the lines and faucets again this coming weekend. i was thinking over carbbed, but was pouring the same way with my last keg.
