vintners harvest sweet cherry puree

Post by Keith » Thu Dec 05, 2013 9:53 am

I added a can of vintners harvest sweet cherry puree to this Porter. I'm new to adding fruit puree's and wondering if anyone knows how much longer I should ferment my porter now that I added a can of vintners harvest sweet cherry puree? I can't find any information on the web. Also anyone know how much this will spike the ABV?

Any information would be great!

Use an airlock and wait for fermentation to stop, than wait a week or two, maybe give the bucket or carboy a swirl too.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
