Frozen wet hops?

Post by gm- » Mon Nov 25, 2013 1:18 pm

I just got my hands on a lb of nugget harvested this season, packed and frozen right after harvest. What would be the best way to use those? I was thinking about making a all nugget ipa, use nugget pellets for bittering and just dump the whole pound in at the end of the boil. Any objections to that?

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
