I buy 500g bricks from G&P as well. Can't beat it for only $47. Hops are pretty cheap there too......11lb bag of Columbus is only $63.

Yeah, I believe that I have a few PDFs with their grain and yeast prices. I'll take a look and post them up if you want.

How do you store/handle the bulk dry yeast? That's what I was always worried about.

Yeah, I'd like to see them. I had been talking to Helen at the beginning of the year, but they were pretty disorganized and didn't have anything.

Same here. I am more confident re-pitching 7-8 times.

Here's what I have. You have to call for hop pricing, but I can tell you that I paid $63 for Columbus, $69 for Cascade, $93 for Centennial, and $133 for EKG.......all 11 pound bags.

I vacuum seal it and store it in my freezer.

I wish that I did Tony, but unfortunately G&P doesn't have a price list for any of there hops. Sherri told me why they don't have a price list for hops, but I can't recall what the reason was.

She told me they wanted to start an online store. That was like 3 years ago. I am not sure what the delay is. 11 lbs. of hops? I would definitely have to split it up with someone.

I bought a brick of US-05 with Canuck last spring, very good deal as I probably use it in 70% of my beers. I just store it in a glass jar in my fridge, it has always taken right off within 12 hours, so no storage issues so far.
