I've seen the 5 gal cooler at Home Depot and last time I looked Home Hardware (Payzant's I believe) has the 10 gal for about $80-100. Yep there it is.

Having paid that price for a 10g cooler, I must say that HH is outrageously overpriced.

What is wrong with a square cooler? Can easily find 13-15 gal ones at this time of year for less than 50$

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA

I have a 72 qt Coleman extreme (square) cooler that I use as a mash tun with a bag from Jimmy. Absolutely zero complaints. Paid around $70, not on sale.

I'd think you could still use it if you're batch sparging. I have a 12" on my 12 gallon rectangular cooler.

Sandy, I was telling Kathleen today about your humorous interpretation of this, and she interrupted me to say.., “but you can actually do quite a lot with a six inch bazooka”

She’s talking from previous experience of course…brewing experience that is (not that she’s ever brewed before)
