Looks like an alright deal to me, 30 quart post with a spigot, propane burner doing 38,000 BTUs for $80.

Just be sure that that safety timer can be overridden, otherwise you will have to stand by the pot and turn it on again every 5 minutes or so.

A quick Google of the model number indicates that you can indeed bypass the timer.
"Side note - easy way to bypass the stupid safety timer is posted on youtube and other places online. Well worth your while to do this before you even finish putting it together. It's as simple as connecting two wires and is very straightforward. Trust me, bypass it right out of the box and don't look back."

I've been looking at these for a while, looking to make the jump to full volume boil and 5 gal BIAB in the future. Do you guys think this set up would work for a while for me?

It will definitely by too tight. Started with a 30 qt pot as my boil kettle and I had to watch it like a hawk. Even still, boil overs were common. If you are planning on BIAB mashing in this it is way too small.
