HELP! Leave spices and orange peel in or take them out?
I'm doing a Belgian White right now. I put the orange peel and spice in a cheesecloth bag for last 10 min of boil. Should I open it and leave it in the bucket for the fermentation, or take the whole thing out right now???? A quick answer is appreciated. I will only have another 15 minutes or so before I put it in the bucket!
Bottled: Silly Yak gluten free, Mexican Cerveza, Dave's Russian Imperial Stout
Fermenting: Dave's Belgian Wit
Next Up: A lager, I think

You can always add more later.

Oh, cool. I thought it was now or never. Didn't realize I could add more more later. Thanks!

Hmmmm... I couldn't really taste the orange and just got a hint of corriander. I'll try it again when I transfer to the secondary. If I do add more, is it true I just barely cover with vodka for a day, then dump the whole thing in, or did another site steer me wrong?

Oh, and I believe the problem was me. I tied it up really tight in several layers of cheesecloth.

Your addition method sounds fine.
