Hot weather (summer) brewing

Post by pet lion » Sat Jun 22, 2013 9:27 pm

So, I'm trying to figure out what to brew during the next couple of months. Thinking maybe a saison. What yeasts should I be considering for warmer ambient apartment temperatures?

3711 for sure is one.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

3711 sounds good. I'm going to special order it at Noble Grape. Anybody else want a pack of it?

Yes please. Thinking of doing a Belgian in the coming weeks.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.
