it is Kartacz or zepelin

Cepelinai or Didžkukuliai are a Lithuanian national dish, also very popular in northeastern part of Poland. They are a type of dumpling made from grated potatoes and usually stuffed with minced meat, although sometimes dry cottage cheese (curd) or mushrooms are used instead.

This is my first pint pulled from the Kegerator. Its a Kolsch recipe that I tweaked with a touch of CaraPils. It was delicious.

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Trevor

Can you take a pic in the fridge.

I'm looking to build a kegerator and need size and detail.

Haha, no worries. How was the Black Death?

And that Boon Gueuze is good, eh? Let me know if the others you got were winners with the wife, I've got some more to share.

The Black Death was good, head retention was about 0 (as you can see from the photo).

The Boon Gueuze was good! We will let you know how we like the others. She was pleased to hear there may be more for her to try. :cheers2:

Yep ... four years of Festa and then Extract + Steep and then partial mash & extract have come to an end. Brews 4 and 5 are in the fermenters now.
