What style of beer? Yeast? Mash temp?

This was my first go with Danstar Belle Saison for my Springtime in Amarillo saison. The only big difference between this brew and my others was that I kept the ferm temp at 80 for 2 weeks. Then I let it sit at ambient temp for another 2. I was expecting higher attenuation as per the manufacturer's description, but not 1.000.

I've not used that particular yeast, but I've got down to 1.003 with Wyeast 3711.

Should try that yeast in a wheat beer for a dry wit.

That's on the low end, but that yeast should go pretty low. Not sure if you're correcting for temp, but if the sample is still that warm the actual gravity will be ~2-3 points higher than measured.
