heatbelt vs. evaporation

hi all, using a heatbelt for my first time, as with the spring temps outside, the windows are getting opened ... and for the first time in my limited home brewing experience, i am noticing evaporation from my carboy ... is this something i should be concerned with ?? .... since Tuesday evening 8pm, i have lost an inch in the carboy, its now Thursday afternoon 12:30pm.

dont hate me, its a Festa kit, and i only ever do single stage before kegging, as per suggestion from Matt who used to be @ NG. in Sackville.

Doesn't look so much like evaporation to me, but rather settling back of the foam from fermentation. Looks like just about every batch I've ever made.

Since I use a large blow off tube during fermentation and fill my carboy up most of the way, I often lose a few inches of liquid during the initial fermentation.
