So i have a lot of american style hops, cascade, centennial, citra, nelson sauvin, amarillo, etc..
problem is i dont want any more Pale Ales or IPAs. Unless they have some kind of exotic nature to them.
Any ideas that on a recipe? I'm stumped.

Wheat beers. A kolsch with Amarillo might be nice.

I'm planning some kolsch, and I'll be using citrus hops. Like Rickard's Blond but ten times better.

I make a blonde with centennial in the boil and dry hopped with Nelson S that turns out great.
Here is the thread, although it doesn't mention the dry hop

Was reading about a Russian imperial stout with columbus and centennial for bittering and citra for late hop additions, could be interesting.

I just had a Mochaccino Messiah from the the group buy the other night and it was great. Looks like it fits the description of what you are looking for and I believe Chalmers still has some if you want to try it first.

Personally, I was thinking one of the (or similar to) BCS american browns. More smooth than a roasted coffee Mochaccino.
