Couple of kegerator questions

A couple of questions about a dual tape kegerator:

1) I'm getting a ton of foam from one tap. What is the likely cause of this - loose connection? I made changes to the connections a few weeks ago, they seem ok but haven't checked out thoroughly yet. The one tap is fine.

2) When I'm replacing one of the kegs with a new one, and cranking the PSI to 30 for a couple of days, should I totally disconnect the one that I'm not replacing until I lower the PSIs to 5-10 or should I leave it connected as well?

1.Not sure why foam from one and not the other. This is a hard thing to trace. If all the line sizes and nipple/shaft sizes are the same, this shouldn't occur. Maybe one beer is over carbed? could also be something loose disturbing the flow like you mentioned.
2. Yes. If you fill past you in post then it will force beer into the other keg because of the different pressures.

I would say it is either over carbonation or some poor fitting in a connection or a tap. A poorly fitted hose connection would cause it the same as what you see when siphoning beer with a loose hose... getting bubbles forming around the connection
