Hello,

Has anyone ever had issues dealing with craftbrewing.com? This is the site that is advertised in the member discount section.

I asked them a question regarding their $110 5 gallon LME pails but the response made it seem like they were not keen on selling bulk LME at all. They actually never even answered my question.

As a potential customer I found this odd. I'm pondering avoiding the company all together but wanted to see if anyone had different experiences that may change my mind.

I've seen that site, but I don't think anyone has dealt with them. That pail of LME will not be convenient to ship, maybe why they aren't keen on it...

Shipping it would be a pain but with the free expedited shipping it only comes out to $22. Unless I'm missing something, they may to think about removing it from their website or add conditions if they haven't done so.

Anyhow, the whole ordeal and response time from them has turned me off. It's unfortunate because they had decent deals.

He is moving and then will be away for a while. He will look for a supplier when hes back.
