Steak and beer

Post by S-04 » Tue Dec 25, 2012 3:28 pm

This morning, my wife's uncle brought us a bunch of organic beef from his own farm as a Christmas gift. I wasn't here when he brought it in so he thoughtfully put it away for me.

When I arrived home, I found a huge pile of meat in my fermentation chamber, next to the batch of lager I started on Saturday and on top of a bunch of chilling bottled beer. Trying to look forward to steaks, and not pull out my hair over having to sanitize everything....

:bbq:
Bottled: ESB, Old Peculiar, Blonde Lager, Grolsch clone
On Tap: BCS Dry Stout, Festabrew Cervesa
Next: Grolsch clone 2.0, Irish ale

LOL, I think you'll be fine. I quick spray of star san if you have some should do the trick.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
