11.5 L kegs.......

Post by XmonikerX » Thu Dec 20, 2012 12:24 pm

Any place to get these other that doesn't charge $120 like NG does?

I only brew half batches, and once i get around to finishing off getting the rest of the parts for kegging, i'd rather get the 11.5L kegs ..... (even tho i have 3 regular size ones already)

OBK sells an economy 2.5g keg for $79 new.

That's better that for sure, $102, after ship/taxes.

I just sent Patrick an e-mail about them. A super cool feature is that you can stack them, and use QDs on the bottom keg! So you could turn your regular 2 keg kegerator into a 4 keg kegerator pretty easily! I think I'm going to pick a few up for the summer.

They are 9" vs the 8.5" of a "non-economy" keg.

Fuck, not much use to me unless they fit in my mini fridge, which just fits two pepsi's.... :(

I should bite the bullet and just order a couple of these, then sell my regular size ones.

let me know if you decide to sell the regular kegs(if not spoken for already). I need to add to my inventory.
