I am wanting to brew a beer in memory of a friend who passed away. I didn't see anything in the BJCP for this style and I guess it would be a light lager
http://www.bjcp.org/styles04/Category1.php#style1A" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
Probably thinking the following:
70% pale
30% flaked corn
carapils?
not sure what how to use. maybe amarillo @ 60min
anyone have any decent recipies i could use as a guide?
