I can't find one there that does 0.1g except the nutritional one for 50 bucks.

Sort of fragile, but consistent ones at Radio Shack.

I paid 10 bucks for one at Stokes in the mall. It has an accuracy of 0.01 grams and switches between ounces, lbs and grams.

I believe you mean precision

Haha sorry, had to say it.
That's a good price though - I was looking for one that does 1/100ths for water salts (not that it really matter that much, but why not). Currently I'm using the one from Lee Valley that LD mentioned. The nice thing about that scale is a capacity of 1kg. Most of the one's you will find at head shops are extremely overpriced - the semi affordable ones usually only go up to 250g (and will still cost more than Lee Valley or Stokes).

Damn, that's embarrassing.

Good thing none of my students are on here (that I know of). I would hope the accuracy is 0.05, but it's probably a percentage of the total mass.

Not a 0.1 g, but if anyone is interested, Canadian Tire has nice Starfrit 1 g to 11 pound scales on for $10 (regular price $30). Good for grain.
