Yardsale Find: Brewing Pot?

Picked up this bad boy at a yard sale a couple weeks ago...



It's 17inches tall by 17inches wide.

Spigot was seized but I worked it free and cleaned out the crap with a little CLR and WD40

So, is it All Grain Brew worthy?

The rubber grommets are rotted out, I'll need to pick up new ones, where can I buy these? They'll have to withstand some serious heat I'm guessing, food grade?

What's this thing worth anyway?

Nice one. By my rough calculations, that's a ~15gal or ~60L pot.

I use the same size pot for doing 10gal batches.
