Are you bottle conditioning from a car boy using sugar? Or bottling with a beer gun from a keg?

The yeast will reabsorb the O2 when you add the sugar for secondary fermentation. I've never had an oxidized bottle conditioned beer. I'd use an auto siphon, your bottling wand and do your best not to splash the wort around mixing in the sugar. RDWHAHB. :cheers2:

I would add getting a good seal with the caps. I would usually have trouble with capping on the twist off bottles, although some people don't seem to. The twisties, to me, let more oxygen vs the pry off bottles. The flip top bottles are hit and miss as well.
