brewzilla gen 4 boiling temp

Post by halmike » Sun Nov 13, 2022 1:08 am

did a brew today and when i went into my boil i set the temp to 220f(then eventually 250 trying to make sure the burner stayed on) but the temperature never went past 210f, ended up having to do nearly a 2 hour boil to get the post boil volume to where i needed it. is there anything i can do to get the temp higher on this system? dont want to have to cover it since i dont want contained sufides dripping back into the mash

Was it boiling? If so, you may have to calibrate it.
