Unfortunately it doesn't feel like our current lockdown is going to ease up before this year's Canadian Homebrew Day happens on Saturday June 5th.
Anyways, it would still be nice to do something for CHD 2021 - this year they have shared 2 official recipes for the event:
- Catalina Wine Mixer: a Kolsch recipe by Cody Day (who's won Brewer of the Year three times in a row)
- Temperanceville Tropical Stout: a tropical stout recipe by Victor North, Brewmaster liaison support at Niagara College as well as author of the Unofficial BJCP Canadian Beer Style Guidelines and Indigenous North American Styles.
They're also hosting a brew-along starting at 11am MDT and a beer trivia at 12pm EST. Details here: https://canadahomebrews.ca/canadian-homebrew-day/

Hopefully restrictions will be suitably relaxed by September.
