Okay guys, who's up for a Brewnosers Freestyle tap at Rockbottom?

Over the coming weeks I propose we brew an ongoing series of collaboration brews with those of you interested. We'll need to start a list of who wants to brew what and when. The when part might get a little tough to pin down since I only have so many faucets to work with and at this point how quickly the batches move through the system remain to be seen but we'll make it happen.

For each batch in the series we'll need to collaborate, discuss ingredients I stock or can stock, formulate the recipe and brew it. Each of you will be guest brewer for a day and you won't need to win a competition to have your beer on tap at the local brewpub. Should be a blast!

I say we bring a few carboys and do some parti-gyle action as well.

I'd love to! I certainly don't mind waiting until mid-winter/early spring (or even later), cuz I don't see me having much free time before then.

Nash, let me just say that you have an awesome open attitude with your fellow brewers! Very progressive.

If this series continues until I get a bit more experience under my belt I'd love to take part as well.

I'm in the same boat as Rob. Would love to participate but don't have a ton of experience just yet.

I'm interested sometime... after a bunch of others have a shot. That way there's no pressure

That's my feeling too. I'd love to hang out with you guys when someone else brews to get the experience. But I also have a wicked nut brown recipe that I love.

Me fourth. Sounds incredible, though!

I don't mind doing some labour - and can basically take time off when I want.

I would also love to try this some time... I'm in.

I get every third Friday off if that works.
