Looking for cider brewmaster

Hello Brewnosers,

I am starting a high end craft cider brewery and am looking for someone to be in charge of creating the craft ciders. Location is in the downtown area very high end area, would be a pleasure to work with anyone experienced in brewing cider.

There's not a ton of cider-making culture in NS or in Canada for that matter. I recommend looking in the UK, Northern France, or Northern Spain. In Canada the best cideries are Milton, Revel & West Ave; perhaps you can approach someone currently working at one of those.
