Brewing a Riptide IPA and a Blueberry Cream Ale.

Going with a '1st Search' session IPA. (The first recipe I searched when I changed my mind from a SMaSH recipe). Looking forward to testing out the Grainfather. I already like the fact it is heating up for me and I can see the temps in real time on my phone.

If I stay energetic, I may do a second Pale Ale recipe my buddy bought me.

Bohemian Pils today, an excellent start to the year

Just brewed my first attempt at an Eisbock... quite looking forward to seeing how it turns out, post icing.

And tomorrow... an American Barleywine, which will be done in two separate mashes, since the GrainFather G60 will not handle the needed amount of grain in one batch. Should work out fine, though, as I did the same thing for my Bourbon RIS, which is friggin awesome.

The advent reminded me how much I enjoy a good bitter. Broke out an old recipe that I found on here 4-5 years ago, Breaking Bitter. Brewed it up Friday.
