Brewed a ESB on Saturday and pitched Nottingham late Saturday night: and it was finished fermentation when I got home from work today. What a beast of a yeast! I will definitely be harvesting that to re-pitch.

Brewed an AIPA with all Citra hops. These hops were from a bulk buy and I am not sure what hops I want to brew with next.

Low starting gravity (1.021), high mash temp (170F) and a maltotriose negative yeast strain (Lallemand Windsor). I was using the info I found on the Lallemand website here: https://www.lallemandbrewing.com/wp-con ... IGITAL.pdf

It works decent, I've done it twice now using basemalts like munich and Maris otter. I'd like to give it another shot on something hazy and hoppy.

Just finished up a pilsner and hoping for the best! I've never made one I thought was any good before.

Awesome, I have some Munich and MO in there along with some Vienna, Carapils and small amount of C15.

It has plenty of hops so hoping it turns out decent!
