2nd time trying to post this, sorry if it shows twice.

This is my first time brewing in my garage. I have always done it on my deck - so far so good! The brew-beagle is keeping things on track. :).

I haven’t built my brew system yet, I can’t decide between a pump system and a gravity system. If anyone has a Riptide Pump for sale, that would decide it! 😀. Any input welcome!

I’m doing 3 today, all 23L all grain.
Best Case - Best Coast IPA (I really like this one)
Brewhq - Belgian Saison (first time)
Brewhq - Canadian Ale (my friends who are not into anything adventurous like this one)

Brewed up another low alcohol beer (~1% abv) the other day, this time an American wheat with citrus.

Tonight I’m brewing up my annual Brett Saison.

Cam, are you using a special yeast for this or are you just cutting the grain bill back?
I've recently brewed my dad's favorite beer (Elvis Juice) as a LITE beer. Cut grain back 40% of each. Same hop schedule though. It's pretty close. Normal is about 6.2% and I think it's around 4%.
I've also re-did the Big Spruce comp beer as a LITE version. Base grain down by 40% and the adjunks by about 30%. Taking from a 6.8% to closer to a 4%.

Hey Ryan,
This is only the second low alcohol beer I’ve brewed, first was a 1% pale ale which turned out decent.
I use a variety of techniques and ingredients in my recipes, most of which were readily available online. Think I mentioned my steps in an earlier post but let me know if you have any other questions!
