Halfway through the boil on a hop bomb. Trying to use up some hops that are getting a little old.

How much dextrose did you use? Have you read this instruction sheet on the pitch: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0323/ ... 1624635136

Re: What's everyone brewing?
Ha, I definitely missed that. I was actually asking some other folks if they had experience to see how to work with it but didn't think to check for a spec sheet . Thanks for the link!wcturnedec wrote: ↑Mon Jul 12, 2021 9:52 pmI just pitched it today....I've read it can take up two weeks to finish out.ConanTroutman wrote: ↑Mon Jul 12, 2021 7:50 pmIs the berliner done? I’ve had experience with the Lallemand Philly Sour which is another acid producing yeast and really relies on glucose for its acid production. I basically used the same amount of dextrose (~7-10%) for the Berliner with lactic magic.
I also know if the lactic magic slows down you could always pitch some sacch to finish it off.

Re: What's everyone brewing?
Hmm, yeah I'll take a reading today and probably pitch something else to finish it off.
